2. Consultations & Services

Balanced Root provides personalised wellness guidance through one-to-one consultations, nutrition plans, and wellness support.

All guidance is educational and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer treatment for medical conditions. Our approach supports the body’s natural rhythm and healing ability and is not a replacement for professional medical care.

3. Payment

All services must be paid for in advance at the time of booking via our secure booking platform or through a direct payment link. Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time. Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these Terms.

Discounts or offers will only apply when active and must be redeemed at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be refunded or rescheduled.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
